"We were lucky enough to receive a complimentary upgrade to a river-view room, and the view was wonderful! We could even watch the sunrise right from our room. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very helpful and thoughtful. One nice touch was when the front desk lady offered me a carton of juice when I mentioned I didn't want the sparkling wine included with our stay. The terrace also offers fantastic views and is definitely worth visiting. We only experienced a wait for the elevator once, one morning, so it wasn't really an issue during our stay. Overall, we had a lovely experience!"
