"ホテル全体としては満足、特に不満はなかった。オークランド全般に言えることで、このホテルに限った事ではないが、とにかく坂が多いので、特にスーツケースでの移動は体力を使う。当該ホテルも坂の途中にエントランスがあることを付け加えておく。"

"Staff were helpful and polite. Room maintenance left something to be desired. One lamp was not working and coffee pods not replaced. Soap dispenser in bathroom empty but that was corrected quickly. Overall a good place to stay but not 5 stars. Convenient for International terminal at AKL."
