"Vanity sink was not cleaned properly and toilet failed to flush properly. Breakfast was very limited in quality items. The coffee did not taste like coffee at all and was so acidic that it curdled the half & half. Unfortunately, it's the only option in New Prague."

"The property is older and needs updating. It was farily clean, but my room had a faint odor of pet urine. I was also very disappointed that there was not coffee in the lobby until 6am. I only stay at Hampton Inn when I travel, and the coffee is always on and delicious by 5 am. This Hampton Inn does not compare to the rest. I most likely will not be back."

"Had 3 adults 2 kids in a 2 room queen suit. With a queen pull out bed too. The pull out bed was completly broken to pieces with crumbs and do Ritz crackers falling out. So unusable. Which we needed it, and only got that room because it "slept 6" 🙄 so instead my sitter slept on the couch which you would sink into without using pillows in the Crack. "My wife and I drove over 2 hours to stay in this 4 star hotel. We travel multiple times a year and stay at choice hotels. The gentlemen at check in was great. The lady that took over in the evening was awful. I don’t think she truly knew the meaning of hospitality. Probably not the best job choice.
