"The second entrance exterior door did not lock. The lock was not functioning. My elderly mother asked the front desk for an additional blanket. The front desk lady ask why it was needed. She gave her a hard time and then eventually gave her a blanket. The inside of the hotel smelled like cigarettes and weed."

"1. Didn't have an elevator (as listed on your website.) 2. Didn't have hot coffee or hot water in the lobby. 3. Didn't have hot water FOR THE BREAKFAST. This ruled out having tea and/or oatmeal. 4. A/C wasn't on in the breakfast room. 5. No fruit for breakfast, only waffles and stale muffins. 5. We were CHARGED MORE than our confirmation amount. 6. Front desk help was useless, her excuse was "it's a third party vendor." Maybe this is why there were only six cars in the parking lot...

"I asked for the one story building so that I could park in front of my room. Easy to carry things into room. It needs up dating. Needs painting, trim board was off, bathroom plug was sunk into wall, and old fluorescent lights in ceiling flickered so had to turn it off. Bed was as hard as a rock. I did like the bigger refrigerator with bigger freezer than most Motels. The newer looking two story building next door may have better, newer rooms. I am not sure. Thank goodness I was only...

"Rooms had bugs and had to switch rooms because of the bugs in the first room and the second room the bathroom was disgusting full of hair and the towels were all dirty. Don’t stay here."
