"Perfect location to explore the area. We were there for the Llangollen Round - a 35 mile event - and it was the perfect place to begin. We had an amazing outdoor space which we used all the time as the weather was kind to us. We ate outside too as there wasn't a table for 4 accessible without having to move furniture about in the lounge. "Absolutely loved this property. It easily accommodated 6 adults. Extremely clean, tidy and well equipped. The location was fantastic and so easy to walk into the town. We even managed to park our cars right outside the house. Would highly recommend!"

"Property was really central to grocery stores and the riverside park. Easy to walk to so many areas of Llangollen. Property somewhat worn and needs a good paint job but wear and tear is understandable on a place that sees so many holiday makers. Great location, largish cottage with nice views from upstairs windows."

"This is a lovely property. It was very peaceful and just what we wanted. Everything you need in the house is there. There are lots of small towns to visit nearby and an afternoon picnic sitting next to lake Bala was very relaxing. It is ideal for a family. I have no hesitation in recommending this property."
