"SOLO TRAVELER BEWARE. I stayed at this hotel while traveling solo to a music festival in Lexington Kentucky. One night/morning when I got back to the hotel around 1:30am my room key was not working. I tried multiple times and tried to open the door. I went to the lobby and it was LOCKED. There was a window in the side of the lobby with a pillar behind it and no one inside the lobby. Because of the pillar I couldn't see the dimly lit lot parking lot behind me. There was a ring type door I pushed...

"Belterra Casino and Resort was a great place to stop while traveling. The room price is reasonable plus there's entertainment if you like to gamble. The only issue was the pool was not open. After traveling all day it's nice to relax by the pool and unwind in a hot tub."

"The new parking ramp is nice. The room was clean the breakfast was great. The hotel main floor was being renovated so the restaurant/bar was closed. There were construction noises starting early. The construction vehicles were all parked in the loading area on checkout so loading our luggage had to be done in the transit authority driveway, and that wasn't layed out for that."

"I loved it was as advertised. Not many places still do that so my big family enjoyed that. However, my last morning I left my room(305) and went to my other room (303) with my mother. I went to go back in my room & the keys did not work. My children were still sleeping. It took two key resets, a maintenance man, 3 elevator rides, and almost an hour later to get this issue fixed once the master key reset the door lock. "Hotel was very clean and breakfast was pretty good"

"On this trip, we stayed in 5 different hotels, and one (unnamed in Vergina was horrible to say the least) Our stay at the Candlewood was fantastic! Overall, the rooms were very clean and kept clean. The staff was very polite and helpful. On a long trip, it was a great add-on for the laundry room and had no additional cost to the guests. I would recommend it to anyone, and did to the family members that we went to visit. Thank you for the pleasant stay!"

"Nice hotel just off the highway. Plenty of parking available. Fast check in. The room was large and the bed was firm. They had soap, bodywash, shampoo and conditioner available in the bathroom. The breakfast was good. They offered turkey sausage, white egg omelets, hard boiled eggs, fruit and even gluten free muffins as well as all the other items typically offered for breakfast."

"Good cheap place to stay, especially if you only plan to sleep there. Overall property was clean and easy to find, gas station was a 2min walk away for snacks and whatnot. There is a 15% off at the restuarant Nobles, if you stay at the Inn. Staff were all super friendly and answer questions/phone calls quickly. Property needs updating and cleaning practices could be better, the sheets on the bed had strains on them, but I always take my own blankets anyway. Some outlets worked some didn't,...
