There was no hot water, the room smelled like mildew and the beds was broken and sank to the middle. The toilet supply line had to be turned on the flush it and the room was just nasty.

It was very dirty. The bed was clean and that’s all we needed for the evening. It was late when we stopped and just needed a hotel until we got going in the morning

We always stay at the Best Western when we come to visit our home town which is quite often and it’s always so clean and the staff is also very friendly to us any time and go out of there way to help us in any way they can I would definitely recommend anyone to give this place a try! Also the beds are super comfortable you will sleep like you are in your own bed! That’s a plus right there!!! It’s also the cheapest too!

Property is ready to fall apart with the outside having rotten wood. And there were ROACHES in our room. The front desk lady and her brother were very nice.

When i checked in they insisted the price was wrong and that i could not have the room i selected and paid for on Expedia. I was suppose to have a jetted tub l. Have switched rooms but the entire hotel does not have hot water. I paid for the room and it is non refundable. So now im stuck in a regular room that i way over paid for watching cockroaches crawl all over the place and could only take an i e cold shower. No slightly warm water just straight cold. This is the most unpleasant unresolved stay ive had at any hotel.

Great staff sub par room

The staff was amazing in every aspect. The room was very dirty , WiFi was excellent staff came and helped as best they could the manager was awesome but just could not overcome the dirty room

I was very disappointed with my stay here. There were bugs in the room, peeling wallpaper, patches on everything and the hallway smoke alarms were beeping due to dead batteries. Everything was rundown.
