"My stay at Country Inn, Mukteshwar was extremely disappointing and far below expectations.
The hotel’s location is very inconvenient, and it is difficult to reach without a dedicated driver. Upon arrival, the property did not feel like a professionally managed hotel. Instead, it seemed more like a locally run setup lacking proper hospitality standards.
The room quality was not at all justified for the price being charged. There was very limited staff available, and even for basic requests I had to repeatedly call and wait a long time before receiving any assistance. The room had a large number of flies, which made the stay uncomfortable, especially for my children, as they were constantly disturbed and unable to sleep properly.
Several basic amenities were either missing or not functioning. The TV was not working, the hair dryer was defective, and there was no dental kit, tea/coffee setup, or other standard room essentials that one would expect at this price point.
The breakfast experience was equally disappointing. There were very few options available, and the food quality and taste were poor.
To make matters worse, during checkout I was incorrectly asked to pay for breakfast even though it was already included in my booking package. The issue was eventually resolved only after I contacted my booking agency, which caused unnecessary inconvenience and frustration.
