"dirty microwave, hardened food. dead bugs on floor. when we put water in coffee maker to rinse, it came out yellow."

"When we initially got to location we had requested to be away from elevator or ice machine needless to say that didn’t happen but when we requested to be moved Albert provided excellent service and moved us to another location that was what we requested. In addition the breakfast was nice and the staff member i didn’t catch his name was willing to cook a fresh batch of food if we requested we told him to not do it but i that also was excellent service. next time we are back in town we know where...

"Water pressure was extremely low but they said it was due to a fully booked because of high school graduations."

"The room was dirty before arrival there were stains on the bed the room had dirt all in it the bath mat and bath tub both had mold the door handle was broken the microwave and fridge was dirty I called about checking in and they told me I can check in at 1:30 I wasn’t able to check I till 8 pm this hotel was terrible I would not recommend and when I called for a refund they denied it with all the pictures I had of the room"
