"Original hotel booked through this platform wasn't a hotel and I wasnt able to check in, so Hotels.com rebooked me to this hostel - which obviously isn't a hotel so you share (dirty) toilets and moulded showers with no shampoo or soap. I arrived soaking wet and it was not possible to dry shoes or clothes anywhere as staff left the building in the evening. Good place for travellers looking for a cheap bed in central Malmø, but far from what I booked at hotels.com originally. "
