"I've stayed at many CitizenMs before, but this was my first time in this location. Whilst everything was clean, and the overall property was good, there were a few things that just soured the trip: - Only one lift was working - I could not set an alarm - The cables in the rooms didn't work - I couldn't get the TV to sync up with airplay - The shower head was leaking - The sink took forever to empty That said, I think I may have just been unlucky with this room (303)."

"Everything about the hotel itself was great—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. However, there was an issue with the booking through Expedia, as the hotel had not received our reservation. Because of this, we had to wait until the standard check-in time, even though we had requested an earlier check-in. This caused some inconvenience, but overall the stay itself was pleasant."

"Second time staying here. Very nice and modern but TV didn’t work rhrough out my stay, even though I reported this several times. Not their fault as a supplier was meant to fix. Staff were kind enough to let me shower and change after my marathon, which was super appreciated and kind of them to offer. "

"Very good for the price. Booked a double room with private bathroom. Both room and bathroom were small but served the purpose very well. No towels provided , £5 to rent a towel, so take your towels with you. No lift , you have to walk up n down stairs, if carrying heavy luggage this can be a problem. Room was clean, toilet paper provided. Overall the place was clean. Didn't try the breakfast, so can't comment on that. Check out is early compared to other places but late check out its an extra £5 per hour for max 2hrs. After that you have to pay for a full day. I paid £85 for a double room for 2 nights with 2 extra hours. Compared to Premier Inn £500 for 2nights. Overall im happy . I would definitely stay again."

"The city studio is small. The kitchen equipment is very basic, a little more could be provided. We stayed for 4 nights, requested new towels and to take garbage out half way through our stay. No one came. Had to go to front desk and they gave me towels and a garbage bag, i was not impressed"
