Its a home that rents rooms (boutique style inn, essentially). I enjoy walking so the area was good for me. Uber is available and public transportation isnt far
I really enjoyed this stay. The loacation is really good with plenty of restaurants in the area and close to Enfield town centre as well. The owners were very accomodating and the property was very clean and modern. Would definitely stay again.

My room was cancelled on the morning of stay and I have not been refunded
Staff is friendly, but the place is too warm. The fan is small and dirty, so i need to clean it..need to open the window because its too warm..The problem is lots of car passing by because its located in main road.so we dont have a choice.even its too warm or too noisy...i hope they put a big desk fan or stand fan..the one we used is portable fan and its not enough during hot weather..
When I arrived at the property and called to get the code for the apartment, I was suddenly informed that something was seriously wrong with my room and that my check-in would be delayed—possibly by up to 10 hours. This came as a complete shock, especially since I had spoken to them just 30 minutes earlier, and everything was supposedly fine at that time.
They told me I had two options: either wait the full 10 hours or cancel my booking and receive a refund, no alternative accommodation, After a long journey, being left in this situation without support or a backup plan was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional.
On Saturday at 2 in the afternoon we were told we would be moved to a different location. Which is late notice but understandable due to a broken bed. However once we arrived at the new location we were appalled.
Initially the front door had been kicked in. Then we made it to the bedroom where bedding was dirty and clearly hadn’t been changed since last used. It was also falling apart. The bathroom had sticky stains on the floor alongside mould in the shower, tap and window. The mould continued to the kitchen. Where the window had mould on the handle. Additionally, the extractor fan was coated in grease and hadn’t been cleaned in a long time.
Furthermore, there was a pram in the hallway blocking our entrance and would have been a safety hazard if an evacuation were required. Finally, entrance had constant people in and out which made us feel very unsafe.
We then booked a hotel elsewhere and left the your establishment at midnight after arriving there at 23:30.
Uncomfortable stay, couldn't sleep, ok for 1 night
Overall it was ok for one night but regarding the room condition nothing changed as per the last reviews.
I was given a double bed room but actually it was two single beds and there was a big crack in the middle of the two single mattresses, I couldn't sleep whole night due to this, whole next day my back was hurting.
Don't forget to lift the mattresses and you will be surprised to find that the bed base frame is actually broken and there were couple of wooden planks been put there to support it.
Cleanliness was good, everything else was good and you should consider replacing those broken beds because people come to stay to have a comfortable sound sleep.
Avoid at all costs!
Owners are deceptive and don’t give straight answers to anything. And don’t answer questions when they send out information about your stay. Ask for your photo ID but provide no secure portal so you have no ID what they’re doing with your data. Apparently need to pay a deposit for a key but you have a key code for the door and no secure portal.
On the day they tried to ring me 3 times (5 hours before check in), to tell me apparently my room wasn't available and I was moving to another property. We got here only to be told actually we were staying at the property across the road and it was shocking! The walls are so thin, the properties other residents are still awake till god only knows when and I genuinely did not feel safe. Doors are being open and closed constantly all whilst we are trying to sleep. I managed to get a grand total of about 3 hours broke sleep.
The check in was horrendous and when ringing the owner to ask for help they didn’t answer. In all honesty if I had any other option I would have gone elsewhere!
Whilst researching this property known as Cogie 55 which we were staying at…
Not our original property I had booked. I found it that they charge £65 a night for this property/room we were staying in. As opposed to the £120 they charged me for the other property I was meant to stay at! Effectively stealing £55 from me as it wasn’t my original room! And offered no refund!!
Don’t bother wasting your money or time!! Absolutely shocking!

Awful
Awful experience. I didn’t even stay in the end.
I called twice 2 days before my booking to get check in information, had no response. I then had a call Saturday morning at 9.30 (2 hrs before due to leave for London) to say that I had to move properties! I had already booked trains etc from the property to where me and my son where visiting for the day. I was given no new address until I chased the owner 3 times. When I asked if it was in the same area and had parking I was told it should be!
When I finally got details of the property it was further away and no private bathroom! I was yeh told to phone 30mind before arrival so I did, was told he would meet me there to check us in, he didn’t, I waited so missed my bus that I then had to arrange on route because of the last minute changes. I txt the owner and he told me I could go and the key was u see the Matt!
The room was a loft room on the third floor with restricted head bight and to be honest not ideal.
To top it off I then got a call from the owner just before going into my event having a go at me because I hadn’t parked correctly, well if you had of checked me in I would have known how to park!
This made me and my son feel unsafe and unwanted. So rather than enjoying my event I was concerned about our stay. Hence I decided to drive hone late at night instead.
I’m short this ruined my whole day with what is rare time with my son and was a birthday treat!
I would really like my £60 as this was a complete joke!
it's good for students, bad for a family person or a decent person. share a toilet with another guest, no privacy, the hallway is very dirty, breakfast was included but no given, no toilet tissue for hours, and it's not good for relaxing
The room was pretty good with a lot of space. There was a bit of a mixup with communication and which room I had booked but everything smoother over quickly.
We didn’t stay there. A muck up booking, not being very computer wise, we thought we booked in Enfield Ireland. They still debited our account for the two nights. When I relized and finally was able to get a phone number to ring the reception was not very sympathetic and I asked about reimbursement he said I don’t know At this stage I certainly wouldn’t recommend you to anyone
I hoping this can be rectified

Never Again
I have tried to leave a review with a photo but this app won’t let me?
I would never go back to this place for the following reason.
The room I stay in was said to be a apartment ( NOT) in this app it said bathroom in room ( not) it was a share bathroom not good the toilet seat was broken I reported this on the first morning. I was asked how long it had been broken for as I informed the guy I don’t know as I don’t have a crystal ball? After being at work alday I came back to find the seat has been repaired well sorted of it had been glued ( they haven’t heard of infections control then) the room was nearly clean but old and dated when I looked out of the window all I saw was a old toilet in the back garden. The window itself hadn’t been clean inside or out for what look like a very long time. The breakfast you pay for isn’t worth it go to the Tesco extra 5 min walk down the road.
If you try and ring the number they give you ring it 4 or 5 time back to back he might then answer it.
Oh a good note Gemma was very helpful and could see I wasn’t best pleased about the whole situation. The one good thing in the room a big tv with a fire stick.
The check in process was quick and efficient and the hosts were welcoming and couldn't do enough for me. The bed was big and they had Netflix on the TV, so all good.
