"Arrived at the hotel to be told that my booking had not gone through to them despite my booking confirmation. Had to downgrade on a busy weekend in London to a small double room which had a broken toilet flush, carpet up and a view of a balcony piled with rubbish. No bar facilities and a very poor 'hot' breakfast offering consisting of 2 types of sausage, tasteless scrambled egg and baked beans. "- Bedbugs infestation - do not go to this hotel. - I was at the hotel for 3 nights and changed rooms 3 times. I captured the bugs in a bag and showed receptionists and management, the bugs, and my bites all over my body. They disregarded my complaint and refused me a refund. The manager refused to speak to me and would only communicate through reception staff. The hotel is dirty and had to throw clothes and suitcase away because it was ridden with bugs.
