Staff were very welcoming and helpful. The place was well serviced and clean. It really wasn't obvious that the bedrooms were really windowless. I probably wouldn't have booked here had i known. At breakfast I'd recommend a 2nd coffee machine or hot water dispenser for tea as it was always busy

Had an excellent stay here. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast had a wide variety of choice. Where the croissants were excellent quality, felt the sausages lacked but it was overall really nice. The room was clean. Only complaint was the aircon was on a timer so I woke up in the middle of the night quite warm and had to switch it back on. Overall would recommend

The hotel is well situated and offers good value for money, especially as a great breakfast is included. This incorporates hot and cold options and various drinks, cereals, meats and even waffle makers! So basically something for everyone. The rooms are clean and have everything you need for a short stay. Large, comfortable beds, good modern plugs with usb points, a large tv, mini fridge and a great shower. They are also nicely decorated. I have stayed here with work before, and took my family this time. We all loved it. We did not eat lunch or dinner here, so cannot comment. The staff worked hard to ensure we were comfortable and happy.

Hotel was in a fantastic location nearby to the tube. Bed was very comfy with a very large tv. Good shower pressure. Unfortunately the breakfast wasnt great. Sausages very poor quality and baconntasted like cooking bacon rather than bacon for a fry up. Eggs not great very rubbery even for catering/buffet standards. Waffle maker cohld do to have some clear instructions on use.

Other than the dodge rain shower head needing a deep limescale removal as it wasn’t pouring down but at the weirdest angles; this is a standard Hampton hotel nice beds friendly staff, could look into holding breakfast somewhere other than the lobby and reupholstering sofas in the room. (This was reported at check out)
