We had a great stay at the Marriot Kensington. The location was great and the facility was clean and new. In addition, the staff were all outstanding. Of special note was Ash the concierge. He helped us find all the great things to do while in town and with many other questions. He helped make this one of our best vacations.

Great hotel! Highly recommend. Beds are comfy, not hard like other places. Clean, “cozy”, all the comforts of a hotel you would expect. Refrigerator, no microwave. Great WiFi! Great Kensington location, close to the tube.

Great hotel made even better with front desk staff. In particular Mia who was absolutely amazingly friendly and helpful during our family stay.
