"i paid for my sons stayfor one night on his way home to the UK. because i paid with my credit card he was asked to pay $250 damage deposit, what did you think he was going to do, have wild parties and wreck the place. no breakfast at the resteraunt ??? next door just crossient and mussoli, he could get bacon egg sausage if he paid$5.00 for each item, disgusting. the pool was good the airport shuttle was good. i would never stay at the sandman hotels and i will tell my friends not to stay there....

"Shortly after arriving the power went out (8:00pm).We were told something down the street caused the power outage. We chose this hotel because of the pool and with the power outage we were not allowed to use it. We had no lights in the room or the bathroom ( the hallways did have lights ). Unable to charge our phones they ended up dying. We had to be up early so knowing we didn’t have an alarm to wake us up we didn’t sleep much at all. Unable to shower because there was no hot water and then...

"Clean and comfortable room, which was quiet and had good climate control. The staff were pleasant, helpful and efficient. The breakfast was typical self-serve buffet, which included hot and cold options. The Vancouver airport was nearby and the hotel provides a convenient shuttle service."

"Staff are super friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location with a lot of restaurants and supermarket within walking distance. Unfortunately, the condition of the room we stayed is far from ideal. The AC unit is very loud. Soundproofing is bad and we can clearly hear the noise from the airplanes. The mountain view is hardly noticeable."

"Free parking which is great! Breakfast covered via white spot. However, I found the elevator old and scary (jacked when you got to the floor), and it appeared as if someone was smoking in the lobby and air conditioning in the room couldn't be adjusted."

"It was a great option for a clean and easy stay after a long flight. I wish I had more time to walk the trails near the house, they looked really nice! The family was also very nice and helpful when I was so so tired. It cost me a little bit in Ubers to get there from the airport, and the house was very echoey, so even though everyone was respectful and quiet I could still hear doors opening/ closing throughout the house during the night etc."

"Unfortunately, the hotel was being renovated. Considering that, they did a great job. No one was answering the phone when we called for the airport shuttle, but we were still able to pick it up."
