"Hotel staff were extremely friendly and easy to reach/get ahold of. The room was clean and a nice size, I especially appreciated the size of the fridge/freezer. There was a window a/c unit, which did a great job of keeping the room cool, as it was much warmer than expected when I was traveling. I would definitely stay here again!"

"This is a beautiful property. I felt very uncomfortable in the huge double shower. There is a partial glass wall in the shower that would be easy to bump in to. They really need to put some grab bars in the shower to avoid slips and falls."

"I love the property and location. However I prepaid through Expedia and upon arrival the front desk asked for my card and id and then proceeded to charge my card for someone else’s room for over $330. While the issue was resolved and they were professional it really puts a sour taste in my mouth due to the lack of attention. "

"My room was tidy, but worn a bit as one might expect for an elderly old boat. The lack of air-conditioned in the room made sleeping difficult, as did the person snoring in the next room through the thin walls, not to mention the typical other guests talking loudly outside the room at 2 AM. My room was adjacent the gangway, which provided a symphony of banging and clanging well past midnight. It sounded like dumpsters being emptied all through the night. No coffee in the room, but an unenthusiastic barista will serve you at the cafe when it opens at 6. So, get a room on the starboard side, away from the lifts, enjoy the history, but do not expect the elegance that history implies."

"Internet was intermittent. Staff kind but inflexible. Breakfast was adequate and needed more fruit selections."
