"Property was very clean. Location is fantastic especially with Rothman's steakhouse across the parking lot. It's a great price and a historic building. Bert Bacharach former hotel. There is no pool or breakfast but can't beat the price. Also, great bagel shop across the streat."

The Smith-9th St sub station is a 10-15 minute walk and never felt unsafe passing through at all hours. Will definitely come back to this hotel for future NYC trips."
