"WiFi was included, but only worked in the lobby and dining room, not in our room. There is a fee for everything. I am disabled, but there was 400 peso fee (about $3.80) to sit in a chair by the pool, ( I didn’t swim). After a bit of protest, they gave me a plastic chair to sit in. Staff was friendly. ..."

"We were originally booked at this hotel OYO 473 as advertised with amenities & parking, but upon arrival we were told that the room they're giving us don't have t.v. or wifi access! This was unacceptable as we already paid & they can't give refunds. I mentioned that this was false advertising. They ..."
