The room was clean, the wifi would connect and disconnect often. The biggest issue was that check in was at 2. We showed up at 230 and was asked to wait 2 min for the report on the room being ready. Then told to wait another 10 min. By 330 the room was still not ready and we had to leave for an appointment. ...
