"My credit card has been used fraudulently."

"Die Lage und die Gastgeberin ist hervorragend."

"We love our stayed at this hotel, the room is very clean, friendly staff, always enjoyed our breakfast. This is the best hotel in town, highly recommended."

Weinig mensen spreken Engels."

"Outside varanda light stays on 24hrs The room has the light beaming in all night The hot and cold water. In the shower Is either boiling hot. Or cold. You have to pay extra for a made coffee at breakfast I think better value for money elsewhere"

"Great location, service, and help from the front desk; everything was perfect!"

"Good locations. Great service especially the security team who help us parked the car as carpark spot was limited. They provide kind a valet services without extra charge. I would be perfect if the staff can provide 2 swipe cards per room instead 1. It’s bit hassle to move around the hotel especially with other family member were in different level."

"Excellent location in Makassar."

"Good"

"Unhelpful staff and they didn’t speak English. The bed was full of hair and the sheets are probably about 20 years old. Definitely not worth the money, there are WAY better hotels in Makassar. Very disappointing"

"The room view is good but the AC was not cold enough for the room."

"The stove in the kitchen didn't work, and the toilets had a strong smell coming from them constantly that wouldn't go away no matter how many times you flushed or cleaned it. You would think they would properly clean the place and make sure everything is working before letting someone else stay there. "
