The room was clean enough and the staff were friendly, but it really should have been better communicated that the entire first floor was undergoing major renovations. We get there and were totally convinced by our surroundings that the place was closed down. There were contract workers playing loud music while working, unboxed heating units stacked up everywhere, and had to walk over tarp to get to the elevator. No one was at the front desk to greet us. Better communication about these circumstances would have been preferred.

Staff Joseph and KK were terrific. Very professional, friendly and helpful. Give both a raise!
My only disappointment was that the AC was not working the morning we checked out, which made packing uncomfortable.
Overall very positive experience. I would definitely return for a stay.

It was ok overall
The hotel is under renovations, so there is a lot going on right now. The staff was very friendly. The continental breakfast was very basic (no hot food except the do it yourself waffles). The maid service came in my room, but never actually cleaned it (not sure why. She left cleaning supplies in the bathroom, but didn't leave any small towels or fix the beds).
