"Hotel was clean throughout, staff were friendly, sorted out a few issues we had promptly. Very informative except they didnt tell us that we had to pre-book the spa area or that we couldnt share it with other guests or that we had to pay a fee! So my suggestion is that you put this information on your hotel website so guests know before they book."

"We had a gorgeous view of the beach from our sea view room and took in some amazing sunsets stay! The room was a good size; very comfortable with everything we needed for a short stay. Our only complaint was the food - we had dinner in the hotel just one night and it was average...."

"Enjoyed the proximity to the religious sites without being in the pilgrimage hotel area. It also worked out well coming from the train station to drop our luggage there and picking it back up on our way back out."

"We have been blessed a room with beautiful view of the river & mountain. Staff in hotel were very helpful and friendly and we received much guidance on how to get around Lourdes from Front Desk, Ms Vanessa. Though the official breakfast time was 7am, hotel is very accomodating to start breakfast as early as 6.30am for guests who are required to depart early. Will definitely be back next year for our pilgrimage again."
