"facile à trouver. emplacement idéal d'accès aux divers autoroutes. parking facile et vaste. l'accueil ne souffre d'aucun reproche. la chambre est propre. petit bémol : il n'y a pour ainsi dire aucune lumière dans la chambre 7. seul un abat jour sur pied dans le coin. rien au plafond, rien aux murs. c'est vraiment un peu juste mais c'est un détail. a très vite et merci à l'équipe . "The room was too warm to sleep in, so these 2 nights were not very restful. The staff could not change due to the energy strategy of the hotel. The question is for what you pay. A shame, because the rest was good, eg. personnel was very friendly. Secondly, the hotel still has a reserved amount on my credit card, even when everything has been paid for. I do not see this as correct."

"Great hotel close by airport with a courtesy shuttle. No dining choices adjacent to property so we dined here and were impressed. Great choice for making an early am flight. Helpful, friendly staff at every encounter."

"A really lovely hotel. Exceptionally clean and the facilities are amazing. My room was lovely. Usb ports so no adapter needed. No complaints. Breakfast was also lovely, a very wide selection of foods on offer. My only negative comment is that when I arrived to check in at around 10pm there was not a staff member in sight. No notice on the desk and no call bell to ring. After almost 15 mins a staff member appeared. She said she'd been handling some room service. I think a notice on the desk may...

"It’s a beautiful hotel with spacious rooms and bathrooms. The breakfast is excellent with a great variety of food. The hotel is in a good location but not so close to the main attractions of the city. A 25 or 30 minute walk which is ok for us. We used taxi many times to save time."

"The hotel is in a good location. But, they have sex stores all around the hotel.The staff is not very friendly and the beds are really hard so if you have a bad back you probably should not stay here. One of the elevators was broken so it took me like 15 mins to get 2 floors down with suitcases. . we did order a cappuccino from the restaurant and I just have to say I will give it a one. I do have to say there was a lot of restaurants near by."

"Room was nice. Couldn't turn AC off. Miss informed about breakfast and had a steak at lunchtime which was inedible. The hotel is in a great location for travelling on the eurostar. There a nice bar/ restaurant across the road ( go out of the door next to the 3 check in desks) slightly left and cross the road. Lovley staff and food was superb."

"Clean room. Friendly and helpful staff offered early check-in as our rooms were already cleaned and ready. Great view of a lovely my little town square area where music wafted up from street performers at nearby cafes. "
