"All good! People need to understand the ocean seaweed and smell is uncontrollable by the hotel. We lived that they had kayaks to take out, beach volleyball, hammocks and a kid playground; all that we adults could sit outside the room and supervise the kids. Also pool was nice and clean. Will be back and next time with the boat!"

"The entry doors locks make me nervous very outdated. Also, requesting room service should be easier. Finally, I called the number I was given six times and never got a response even when I was calling, because of illegal activity on the property. Housekeeper was very nice and rooms were very clean."

"The property was beautiful and well maintained. The check in staff and staff at the bar were not polite or helpful at all. Very disappointing. The food selection at 3 oclock was limited to two things when it didn’t close for two hours."

"Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with our stay. Our experience got off to a poor start. Although check-in starts at 4:00 p.m., our room was not ready until 4:30 p.m. We had to wait with our young children, which was unacceptable. The room itself was not comfortable. The air conditioning was so loud that we had to turn it off every night, and the walls were extremely thin. We could hear traffic from the road in front of the building as if the windows were open, as well as people in...

"Can't get over just how charming the room was. It was immaculate & the staff couldn't have been more friendly. They provided beach towels and kayaks, paddleboards, etc which was a plus. We were very comfortable & extremely pleased. Highly recommend!!"

"I could not recommended Pines and Palms enough - it was spotlessly clean, everyone was super friendly and it was so nice and peaceful. The pool area is fabulous and there’s access to free paddle boards and kayaks etc - we were really sad to leave!"

"This was the best hotel and best experience we’ve had on vacation. The staff was super welcoming and our kids favorite part was the smores by the fire pit every night. Highly recommended and we definitely will be back to visit."

"The check-in was easy and friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, the location is great for our trip, the price per night is competitive, unfortunately there was no water pressure in the shower, and 1 of the fan/light fixtures did not have a functioning remote. We have enjoyed stays here in the past, and we hope the team can correct the issues as we would stay here again on future trips if they do so."

"The front desk attendant Heavyn was outstanding! She was extremely helpful, friendly and informative. We had a late check-in and she made sure to communicate how the process would work and made it all simple and understandable. The room was a great size, had a small kitchen with all the necessities, a small living area bedroom and bathroom. The AC was cold and loved the fact that there were ceiling fans. The bed was too firm for my liking but that's a personal preference. Overall a great stay."
