"Only some of the staff were helpful (young lady at the concierge desk was great). Loud (DRUNK) teenagers were allowed to run amok without a word being said to them - even when they were cursing at us for asking them politely to lower their voices. Besides that, the bathroom in our room had water ..."

"It was amazing!! Sharon, shakria (hopefully I spelled her name right) she works at the front desk, Janell, Rosa Marie, they were ALL amazing! So many other staff that I Cs my remember their name. I went around June 15. The customer service amazing!! I loved it!! Thank you to everyone!!!"
