"A positive thing was the staff, they are incredibly helpful and quite nice. However the rooms are not cleaned very well, positive is there is no bugs at this place. However like I said a bit too dirty for me. That said I would feel comfortable being here for a night but anything longer than that is pushing it. Also the lock was barely holding on."

"We checked in which was easy, but we had to drive around the parking lot for 25 minutes to find a spot. They have a Bar Louie restaurant in the building which takes up all the spots. This was after 9:30 pm as well."

"This was a great hotel to stay at while we went to our anime convention at the Rosemont convention center. Breakfast was great with plenty of options to choose from to start our days. The room was clean and nothing was broken or anything besides some wear tear that's normal. We would definitely come back again"
