"We were told our reservation for 3 rooms through Expedia was only 1 room when I was presenting confirmation of 3 rooms to the hotel front desk. They said they were sold out and we’d need to find somewhere else to stay. After contacting Expedia, and the Expedia representative spoke with the front desk, our reservation for 3 rooms was found.
The hotel entry was a huge traffic jam at a major intersection. The parking garage was across the street and two buildings away. The door to one of our rooms...

"This is the most disgusting place!! I have paid for less and got more. We got to our room and first thought is that it stinks like mold!! The floors are DIRTY and I get a little sand or something considering any time you open the door a little tracks in but it’s beyond that. Along with that there were no hand soaps, lotions, any extra hotel essentials which yes I brought my own the point is that’s bare minimum. The beds are WORE OUT like there’s no more firmness at all you’re just sitting on box...

"We stayed at Osprey/Driftwood. We didn’t realize the driftwood side was not accessible and we were on the second floor. When we talked to staff, they were able to find us another room to meet our needs.
The staff at check-in, housekeeping and bar were very friendly. We met the owners too. Great people. Many guests we met return every year, some 2 or 3 times.
This place isn’t a 5 star resort, but the views are amazing, it’s on the beach, has 3 pools, one heated, one shallow (up to 3 feet) and...

"False advertises as a villa. It is just a standard apartment style condo. Charged both cards I had on file with the full price of my stay for no apparent reason. It was eventually returned 3 days after my vacation was over. Do not give them more than one card to have on file or they will try to sneak an extra charge. The staff that assisted me with the issue was super nice and professional. Would not recommend"

"The room was in nice clean shape and room was cool when we got there. It was well worth the money. Would highly recommend and will stay again. "The rooms were just ok. Not as clean as they have been in the past. We had to move rooms due to loud dog barking. Then the second room smelled of dog. We were actually placed in room just below loud dog barking and thumping around. Thankfully we only stayed one night. I don't usually like Continental breakfast but I will say for a Continental breakfast it was better then other places."
