"All employees were helpful and friendly. The room was beautiful, bed was comfy and it was very clean. Also loved the walkway to the Sphere since we came to Vegas for a concert. Highly recommend!"

"The reception team are the unhappiest staff in Vegas. They lack any customer service skills. To be honest, rude. I’m a Marriot Bonvoy member and Marriott is always my first choice and I’ve stayed in a lot. The Excaliber hotel is good. But the reception team need replacing with trained customer service ..."
