"Location is good and close to main attractions but there is always homeless people sleeping close to the main entrance. I found it not safe to go out at night.
Hotel room does not look like the picture at all. It was dirty with very bright hospital like lights. Shower drain was dirty and had hair from previous guests stuck. Bath tub was very small and slippery. Water does not have any pressure for shower. You don’t feel clean and fresh. I don’t recommend this hotel"

"No air conditioning in the property (was told that it would come on the second day of our trip, but it didn’t at all) forcing us to leave the window open all night to try and cool the room down. The street outside was busy and noisy all night Śwęitęk kept us awake with sirens from police and things like that going off every 10 minutes. The area around the hotel is also full of undesirable people which feels unsafe later in the evening from about 7 pm so walking home feel a little bit dangerous…...

"This is a great little hotel with excellent staff and good breakfast. You get to stay right near where it is all happening in the old town center. Couple of limitations here: this hotel has no elevator, so if you bring large luggage, be prepared to haul it up three flights of stairs, which is no fun because the stairs are small and steep. Rooms are generally small although comfortable and clean. Also, if you plan to bring a car here, be prepared to navigate congested one-way cobble stone roads...
