The room was comfortable and exactly as presented during booking. All hotel amenities met our expectations and matched the description provided online. The staff was friendly and efficient, the breakfast was excellent, and all meals were very tasty. The only issue was housekeeping, as the garbage was not removed from the room and the bathroom floor...

"The suite we had was great, clean and comfortable, although the sofa is tiny. There is good air-con and the breakfast is very good. The pool looks nice but we didn't use it. "The hotel is beautiful, lovely big reception area, lovely restaurants and pools, nice beach area and rooms. What lets this hotel down is the chaotic buffet. No one sits you down so it’s a free for all and sometimes you can’t get seated. One al a carte meal in 10 days isn’t good enough. We like being served and having a menu so having to eat at the buffet mainly was disappointing."
