Nice room, quiet and very comfortable room overlooking the car park. Oak Room was very good for supper - staff helpful and excellent food. Gym refurbished - all black and brooding. The only improvement staff wise is the spa staff should be more visible on arrival and not on the iPhone in the back ...

Clean rooms, friendly staff. Handy for travelling around Shropshire and going into Shrewsbury. Only downside was no hot water on one morning.
