"We absolutely loved this place, such a big apartment much bigger than we were expecting. Really conveniently located and so close to everything we needed. Staff were great helping us with our bags and taxis. Only thing I would feedback is given how much room we had the bathrooms were very small. The smallest double also could do with black put curtain rather than a blind as there was a street light outside. We loved Tromsø and would defo return here if we come back. "

"This was a great hotel for what we needed, somewhere in a great location that was safe and comfortable to sleep in. The two staff members on the evening shift were so lovely, a real benefit to the hotel and couldn’t do enough to help during the stay. The rooms are small but functional, our room had its own bathroom but the communal ones were perfectly clean so I wouldn’t let that stop you. "Die Zimmer sind sauber und das Bad war wirklich groß. Etwas mehr Ablagefläche wäre toll, da man durch die dicken Wintersachen ja doch etwas mehr Platz braucht. Wir hatten den Blick zum Hafen und die Eismeerkathedrale, wirklich toll! Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und hat uns bei jeder Frage hilfreich beraten. In der Rezeption gab es super leckeren heißen Beerensaft und Kekse zum aufwärmen! Das Frühstück ist abwechslungsreich, jedoch kann es in dem kleinen Raum zur Hauptzeit recht voll...
