"When we arrived in Wadi Musa, the hotel was closed. They moved us to a nearby hotel instead. However, they repeatedly insisted they hadn’t received our payment—even though we had already paid through Hotels.com—and tried to charge us again."

"Had an amazing stay with Ayed Abu Bilal, the place is peaceful, relaxing and a great price. Went for a climbing holiday and he was super helpful offering advice and suggestions on where to go. Also arranging rides to the more remote places away from the village. There’s even topos printed at the hostel as a bonus. The room was clean and tidy, perfect for my partner and I. Overall wonderful time and definitely would stay here again!"

"Couldn’t find hotel by the address provided. No one would answer the phone. Google says this hotel is permanently closed. I was forced to find another hotel."

"Cet établissement est une véritable arnaque. J'ai réservé et payé ,sans remboursement possible. Une fois arrivé à cet hôtel,le propriétaire me dit avoir annuler la réservation par message. Mais me propose une autre chambre avec paiement en espèce uniquement. Bref de la grosse arnaque. A fuir .. "
