"I’ve stayed at this hotel several times, and overall, it has been a reliable option. One of the biggest advantages is the location. It is connected to signature Mall, which gives you easy access to generally anything you’ll need without having to leave the area. One thing to note is that, despite the hotel’s name, it is not that close to the airport. However, the hotel does offer a complimentary airport shuttle for either pickup or drop-off. If you need to be picked up from the airport, I recommend calling the hotel directly before you arrive to make arrangements. The hotel also has a bar and restaurant on the fourth floor, which I found to be pretty good. The front desk staff has consistently been helpful, attentive, and professional during my stays. The service overall is solid, but I would not expect the same level of personalized attention you might receive at a luxury five-star hotel. The rooms have been clean and comfortable throughout my stays, although I did notice some questionable stains on a piece of furniture. I also found a small green device on the nightstand that was apparently meant to repel mosquitoes, but it did not fit into any of the available outlets, so I’ve never used it. Overall, my experiences at this hotel have been positive. I would consider staying there again because of the convenience, consistency in customer service."

"My family and I recently ENJOYED a staycation at the resort. We travel frequently and typically stay in 3 to 5-star hotels, so we have a good frame of reference. However, I do have some concerns to share. First, we had difficulty finding the resort because the signage outside was inadequate. Our driver was following Google Maps, which unfortunately led us down a bumpy, scary road, but we made it safely in the end. Upon arrival, we were greeted by an awesome staff who assisted us in every way, so there were no issues there. One significant concern was the food service. We had read previous reviews indicating that food takes too long to arrive, and we found this to be true. Even though we stayed for two days and were the only guests on our last day, our food was still delayed, even though we had requested it hours in advance to accommodate our baby. I suggest that someone be available at the reception at all times. Our driver arrived to take us to the airport (JKIA), but there was no one at reception. I had left a note and the key card at the desk, asking someone to call me when they arrived so I could settle my remaining bill. Unfortunately, we didn’t leave the property until after 7 AM, which left us rushing and nearly missing our flight. The guards contacted management, and they quickly came to assist us. Awesome. Overall, I hope my comments and suggestions are taken constructively. A PLACE TO VISIT FOR RECURRING OR/AND NEW VISITORS."

"No hot water, even though I followed the receptionist's instructions. Water leaked from the tap in the wall and didn't come out of the shower. Soap dispenser was broken. On the positive side, the AC worked, the shuttle service was prompt and responsive and the staff were very nice and responsive. The early morning wake up call came on time."
