"The hotel and rooms was very clean. The was AC was working really good. There was no heat. There were some nice that he got a little bit chill but there was no heater the breakfast and the food was really good. Very good quality food. The staff was very friendly and very attentive there were no snacks in the room like they say that they had snacks. There were no safe box to put my important papers in a safe box. There was no ironing board no snacks like they said that the room will have the phone wasn’t working. I had to go downstairs to reception to ask for anything that I need. They only have one toilet paper and I had to run downstairs to ask to bring more. I don’t think it was worth what I pay."
"This is meant to be a five star property but instead you get one star service. There are no bilingual staff here, so should you not speak Spanish and you have any issues you will have problems.
The building is showing it's age and basic amenities such as internet are not great. Even the TV in the room required updating and maintenance as it had horizontal lines throughout. This brings me on to the main issue of this stay, which was maintenance. Although the hotel sent two emails on the actual day of arrival (one in Spanish and the other in English) stating the opening times of all their facilities. NONE were available due to maintenance being carried out. You would think having two pools for example, that you split when you close either but not here. Didn't even stay the full duration and rebooked into another hotel. Bad experience and definitely not returning "
