"Great hotel. Rooms very clean and comfy. Only problem was one (out of 2) elevators was not functional. Needs to be fixed asap as the wait for the one elevator was LONG and very crowded once in! Stayed 5/29/26-5/31/26."

"This is my new favorite place to stay while in Des Moines. Very friendly staff the moment you walk in. It was clean and had everything I needed. On check out again the staff were amazing. Very friendly. I forgot my necklace and didn't realize it till later. The staff went above and beyond to help find it. It had slipped behind the night stand so I did not see it when I left. I called and they went and looked and tossed the bed trying to find it. I was in tears but they called me back and they had found it. They were so nice and so helpful. I will be staying again and again when I am in Des Moines all the time."

"We usually love this hotel but this time our room was a disaster. Blinds broken, TV remote broken, mattress sunk in the middle, and worst, the door lock was broken (didn’t discover til bedtime and too late to move). And the door peephole, someone tore the little cover off so had to stuff. Not a great sleep or stay! The kicker will be if the hotel actually gives us a deserved refund."
