"Wow..just wow! All I can say about this stay was that it was absolutely incredible. Starting from the very easy pre-check in process all the way to the gorgeous rooms, every detail of the Kasa was creative, innovative, and of course, stunning. Between the free iced protein coffee beverages and water in the room refrigerator (plus snacks, like protein bars and chocolate!) to a fully, and I mean fully stocked lobby area with complimentary snacks and more drink options than most restaurants have, you never have to travel far for a quick pick-me-up. Although, because of the central location, everything and anything is within a 3-10 minute walking distance! I also must give an honorable mention to the room decor. Upon walking in, you are greeting with bold and unique colors from top to bottom. After reading the booklet provided, you are informed about how each room is uniquely designed surrounding a famous artist! Since each room is special, it really made me want to come back to see all of the different variations and masterpieces! I won’t spoil all of the secrets.. however. There’s is much more to see for yourself!"

"Granted this was UGA graduation weekend and demand was high- the price we paid for our rooms was a little out of whack for what you get. Everything is pretty dated and not that nice. Room had a busted toilet paper and towel rack, bed sheet had stain on it. There’s only one elevator that goes to upper floors which doesn’t work well with high occupancy. However if price were much lower which is probably the case on most days then I would’ve been more satisfied. The staff is friendly enough. The lady in the breakfast room was very nice and friendly. The parking situation is good. The location is pretty good because it’s walkable to downtown Athens."

"The hotel itself was excellent, and our stay on the second floor was otherwise very enjoyable. However, the noise level from the room above us was quite disruptive. After driving more than four hours to arrive, I was hoping for a restful night’s sleep, especially since I needed to be up at 6:00 a.m. Unfortunately, the noise made that difficult, and I only managed to get around five hours of sleep."

"For an overnight stay in Athens, this was perfect. I appreciated how clean everything is, breakfast selection was very decent and fresh, staff was smiling and welcoming. Room was perfect for a quick business trip, loved that there was no creepy bed spread, everything looks pretty new and well maintained. If all HIExpress locations are like that, that will be my go-to."
