The location is relatively close to the airport. The hotel staff is nice and informative. The single room is clean but rather small and walls are made of paper. The hotel was supposed to have an airport tranfer but for one or other reason I did not get the pick up or drop off. There is a bus 200 that stops a km from the hotel.

Nice , clean hotel in a quiet neighborhood. The train station was not far so very convenient to move around the city. I recommend it and will stay here again.

More like a hostel than a hotel. Walls are paper thin. Heavy metal front door is incredibly loud when opening and closing all night long. I would go elsewhere for the money if you want a decent night sleep and walkable area to enjoy Madrid.

The front door to the annex

The front door to the annex was often unable to be unlocked. I had to go to the front desk every time, but they never found out the cause, whether it was a mechanical failure or an electronic error.

The pictures aren’t quite the quality of the property. This property is old and the only update that we saw was the bathroom. The air yeas not working properly. We had to open a window to be cool. Would not stay here again. The only positive is that it has a free shuttle to the airport

Avoid - unless you want to live with Ants & Molds

The shower has Molds; Ants crawling in the bathroom and on the bed. We decided to check out after few hours; The rooms are very very small and suffocating; The air conditioner doesn't cools - it just makes noise. The backyard area is just good in pictures - in reality its not usable.

The staff in reception was kind and helpful but ordered taxi at the wrong time twice. The cleaning of the rioom was good, but the room was VERY unpractical: A room with refrigerator and mikrowave owen, but absolutely nowhere to sit, only one too big chair impossible to pass and almost impossible to sit in. Nowhere to put luggage. No soaps neither in shower nor washroom. No table besied the bed ( no room; just 25 cm to pass. The whole room was full of one single bed for two !- Breakfast was very poor, with no warm food at al, no fried eggs, no bacon, no sausags, no potatoes....very littel bread, very little cheese,,,a few cold boiled eggs ( 5 in a bowel for all people) and a very rude waiter who accused us for eating too much!? He spioned on us to see what we had taken! Very unpleasant! A bit peculiar to walk away to another house, no the house beside the hotel, but still further away, to find the room. We were lucky with no rain, no vold, but if..??! Sorry, but this hotel cannot be recommended.

Das Positive war, dass das Zimmer sauber war. Ansonsten war ich froh, nur eine Nacht dort verbracht zu haben. Das Zimmer war im Untergeschoss (quasi Keller), also nur winzige Fenster. Die Türen waren dünn und man konnte jedes Wort aus dem Nebenzimmer hören. Es gab keine Trennwand/Tür zum Bad, was als Alleinreisender ok ist, aber einfach nicht Standard.
