"The hotel is great, it’s somewhat within walking distance from the metro line that takes you to downtown Madrid. The taxi fair was expensive to go to downtown. It’s close to airport, one metro line stop. Get a taxi to metro 5.00 euros then take the metro. The Breakfast buffet was fantastic, staff was great and the rooms were very nice."

"Rooms were ok. Had issues getting anything on our TV but we didn't really need it much. Shower had issue and reported and repaired same day which was good to see. In room coffee machine had water in when we arrived and never changed the whole stay which put us off using personally. We had a room near what must have been a housekeeping office as this was particularly noisy zone especially in a morning but housekeeping team themselves were fantastic. Staff were lovely and welcoming throughout the whole stay. Breakfast food was lovely, a wide choice of all what you need to start your day. Coffee option could be improved. It's a pod you put in a machine and could be improved. Hotel location was fantastic for our needs and getting around the city. Overall, a decent hotel in a good location that could improve a couple of things to make it it's best. Thanks. "
