We stayed here one night upon and early arrival in Madrid. The staff was great and took all our bags to hold for us while we went and explored Madrid. The room was nice and comfortable. A little warm, but we expected that being used to a/c all of the time. Great stay!

This is a good hotel if you are having a short stay (1-2 nights). Also, the staff are very nice, attentive and helpful. However, the hotel is old and needs refurbishment and updating of its rooms and amenities (no mini fridge in the room). So, it really depends on how long you are staying.
