Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities
Reservo y pago a través de Hoteles.com y me llaman de este hotel para decirme que no tienen habitaciones porque ellos no trabajan con Hoteles.com, que reclame a ellos los 44,99 euros pagados, los cuales me dicen que recibiré ese dinero en mi cuenta en un plazo de 72 horas equivalente a 3 días, pues bien desde el viernes ya han pasado 5 días y aún no me han devuelto el dinero pagado por un hotel que no he usado
