The guest service team has some staffs who did a great job: MODDAM & PAT. However, having something need to be fixed. The door handles was hard to open, sometimes it's like... easy to be broken. "The hotel was very spacious, close to the resort cafe and reception and within walking distance to the riverbed and sanctuary. It had good amenities with a large outdoor shower with shower gel/ shampoo and toilet paper. In the bed room there was bottled water and kettle for teas or coffees, homemade mosquito repellent and soap bar, there was also a hair dryer and a mosquito net which was an extra bonus.
