Hi Lucien, Thank you for your comments. You were told when you made the reservation back in June that we were only doing breakfast in the rooms due to covid and the need for social distancing. We cannot speak for other B&B's but we take the safety of our guests quite seriously and do not apologize for doing all we can to keep people safe - especially now that the 4th wave seems to be upon us. Thanks for your comments. You checked in later than the normal check-in time so we were not onsite at that time but we did see you the next morning and spoke to your wife. We have never served cookies for breakfast so we are unsure what you are referring to and we do not put bread in the rooms. Due to social distancing guidelines we stock the rooms with fruit, yogurt, juice, water, coffee, tea and a selection of muffins, scones, croissants, etc. Sorry you were so challenged with the sink, it is an antique basin from Mexico and most people love the quaintness of the sink which does have both hot and cold running water. In regards to the A/C, you had set in on fan and not A/C - you need to make sure it is on the snowflake for cold air. All of this could have been resolved easily if you had just reached out to us.
