The hallways smelled like cigarette smoke, the doors to rooms were in rough shape. Some looked like that had been broken into or the door jamb was cracked/broken. The carpet on the third floor was bleached in spots. The staff were friendly.

My favorite hotel in Milwaukee. Absolutely beautiful and perfect. I can’t wait to go back and stay at this property again.
