"Nice hotel. Nice rooms and pool area. Lovely Spa area but shame you have to book and pay for sauna. Normally are free but not a real issue. Gym looks good too but did not use. Very close to shops and restaurants. Staff were very helpful, polite and always at hand. The food in the restaurant and pool area and breakfast, also drinks were all tasty and well priced. Very lovely hotel and spa. would definately recommend and visit again"

"This hotel is situated directly on the port-the epicenter of everything happening in Chania. In hindsight, we probably should have expected a lively and very loud atmosphere. This is no fault of the hotel; people are on holiday and naturally want to enjoy themselves. We visited in May, which is considered a shoulder season month, yet the noise from others in the harbor and surrounding nightlife did not settle down till after 2:00 a.m. The port also comes alive very early in the morning, with...

Breakfast was subpar, lots of options but I couldn’t find something that I really liked. Location was great, lots of restaurants around and not far from the main area."

"We were so happy we stayed at this charming and sophisticated boutique hotel. It is a little gem in the heart of the historic area. Our room had wonderful views of the water and it was easy to walk to restaurants and shops. The staff was amazing, starting with the owner who personally walked around greeting guests. The hotel has a great feel to it. We definitely recommend it, staying there was memorable experience."
