"Property and people were great and very grateful to the hotel front desk to give us a room on the eight floor with easy access to the gym which is on the eight floor. The only issue (if I were to point out one) was a bit of leakage in some spots on the eight floor. Not sure if this was due to the pool on top or the monsoon season or both.
