"Pros: Beautiful 15th century estate, renovated in most parts, nice staff, beautiful garden and outdoor pool, comfy beds, spacious bathroom. Many spots to relax by tall trees and enjoy the garden. All doors have security codes and the whole area feels very safe. Cons: Presence of Spiders and Mosquitos as expected from an estate in the middle of a garden, the restaurant needs a booking in advance and you can not just show up and that is understandable too, breakfast is good but not many options. "

"The staff went far and beyond to provide the best services and assistance. Laura gave us very detailed instructions on how to get around the area. Their rooms are very cute and clean. Breakfast was delicious. Laura even arranged an earlier breakfast for us, so we could catch the early bus/ferry. We really appreciated their assistance and will come back soon. The location is great, just 2 minutes to San Giovani ferry and 5 minutes from bus station."

"Daniel is the most lovely, kind and considerate host you could ever wish for. We felt like we were staying with family. The property is beautiful and the room was absolutely perfect with a stunning view over the lake. Daniel allowed us to safely park our car, he even made a reservation for dinner in a lovely restaurant which was 5mins walk down the hill. The breakfast was lovely.
