"Comfortable rooms which were spacious and tidy. Buffet breakfast was delicious with a good variety for all. Pool bar food and drink were great and reasonably priced. Spa area VERY slippy, would recommend they have someone clearing water more frequently. Would come again for sure. "

"Our room was a sea view with a balcony but the room and bathroom was very old and dated. There was no hot water unless you ran the tap Or shower for over 12/14 mins. For that price I’d expect a nice room and bathroom not an old dated one with mouldy old tiles and sanitary ware."

"Hotel is lovely, clean, great location. Rooms are good, could do with a little fridge in them and the AC is temperamental. The ‘gym’ is just one bench and a couple of dumbbells/kettlebells. Enough to get a workout done however it is definitely not worth to be called a gym. The staff were great. If you’re looking for a nice quiet getaway then id avoid this place as it seems to be quite the hotspot for lads holidays, so very noisy and they were also disrespectful towards my partner. But obviously this is no fault of the hotel. "

"Great space with 3 pools, it wasn’t hot enough to use the unheated pools but the ground floor pool was lovely, with plenty of loungers too. Staff are attentive, especially the bar staff who were happy to provide cold water/ice. The rooms are very clean and housekeeping did a wonderful job. The breakfast had a good variety and gets rotated often due to how busy it is, large seating area so it doesn’t feel too overcrowded. Only downside was our neighbours were talking loudly on the balcony at 3/4am on the first night, which isn’t the hotel’s fault but maybe they could have intervened?"

"Great staff throughout the hotel, the food was decent with a good choice. The room was clean and the bed comfy, the room would benefit from a coffee machine. The bike facilites are basic but ok."

"Extremely disappointing experience and absolutely not reflective of the branding, price point or photos online. The hotel felt chaotic, poorly maintained and far from the luxury boutique escape it claims to be. Cleanliness and hygiene were a major issue throughout our stay - including hairs in room and mouldy water bottle provided in our room. The most concerning incident happened at 7am when a large flower tile attached to the ceiling crashed down onto the outdoor seating on out balcony, waking us up suddenly. A serious safety concern and completely unacceptable. Service was inexperienced, sloppy and unhelpful throughout. Common areas were untidy, the food was very average, and the overall atmosphere lacked any sense of refinement or comfort. Ironically, the gym was probably the best facility - but even that was dirty and poorly maintained. We booked this as a special birthday weekend and ended up leaving early and relocating to Palma because the hotel simply did not feel clean, safe or relaxing. Would not return or recommend."
