The cleanliness of the room was not great on arrival, very stained carpet, couple of marks on the bed sheets, and a drain smell from the shower. The Alan
The room was not up to standard even after paying for upgrade. No rugs in room and unable to hang clothes due to cabinet under clothes rail which made no sense. Staff were not too interested in assisting us either with upgrade. Shame really :(
